(AMENDING RESOLUTION 1999-56 and 2002-16 TO MODIFY LAUNCH FEES AT DRANO LAKE AND THE WIND RIVER and ESTABLISH RECREATIONAL VEHICLE DUMP SITE FEES)
WHEREAS, Resolution 1999-56, and Resolution 2002-16 adopted launch fees for Wind River and Drano Lake; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined to be necessary to amend launch fees; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined to be necessary to establish recreational vehicle solid waste dump fees to cover the cost of maintaining the recreational vehicle solid waste dump sites and that the first $300.00 of the fees will be reimbursed to the Buildings and Grounds Fund (0010.220) as a reimbursement for cost of set up.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Skamania County Board of Commissioners that Resolution 1999-56 & Resolution 2002-16 are hereby amended as follows:
Launch Fees for Wind River and Drano Lake
Daily launch fees for Wind River or Drano Lake - $5.00$3.00
Annual pass for Wind River and Drano Lake - $55.00
Recreational Vehicle Solid Waste Dump Site Fees
Recreational Vehicle Solid Waste Dump Fee $2.00
(First $300.00 to Buildings and Grounds Fund 0010.220)
