RESOLUTION NO. 2003-06
AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE
AND
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Board of County Commissioners of Skamania County, Washington that the County requires the purchase of the following:
BE IT RESOLVED that sealed proposals will be received by the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners at the Commissioners Office in the Courthouse Building, 240 NW Vancouver Avenue, Stevenson, Washington until 4:00 o’clock p.m. on Friday, March 14, 2003. Sealed proposals received will be opened and publicly read aloud on Monday, March 17, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. or shortly thereafter. Bids received after 4:00 p.m., Friday, March 14, 2003 will not be considered.
The Board reserves the right to: 1) reject any and all bids; 2) waive any irregular informalities in the bidding procedures or in the bids themselves; and 3) award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners directs and authorizes the Clerk of the Board to advertise the Notice to Contractors to call for bids in accordance with RCW 36.77.020 and/or RCW 36.32.250.
