PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANTS ROSTER

Skamania County Department of Public Works is soliciting statements of qualifications along with a request for placement on the Professional Consultant Roster. Services may include but are not limited to the following: architecture, right-of-way acquisition; soil and geotechnical engineering; structural/bridge engineering; surveying; traffic and transportation; hydrology/hydraulics engineering; roadway design; material testing; construction inspection; environmental services; planning/community development; and public involvement. It is suggested that the statement of qualifications’ packet include a cover letter specifically indicating the request for Entry into the Professional Consultant Roster database, which type of consulting service you wish to be considered for, and a list of the firm’s address (es). The Qualification Statements should include any pertinent data that will assist in the evaluations of both the prime consultant and any specialized sub-consultants (i.e. résumés, references, pictures of previous projects, past project experience, firm and staff information). In addition, a copy of the firm’s Washington State business license and a copy of any professional licenses or certificate of authorization required by the state to allow the firm to provide the type of services offered are suggested.  All requests for entry into the Professional Consultants Roster database will remain on the roster for one year from the date Skamania County Public Works Department receives the request.
