Home Valley Campground - Located along the banks of the Columbia River  near the community of Home Valley, this park has overnight campgrounds, popular ball fields, a playground, picnic shelter, restrooms with showers (pay as you use), horseshoe pits, and child's play area. Windsurfers use this launch site knowing that surf's-up regardless of wind direction. Close to the launch site is a swim beach right on the Columbia. Also, very close to our Wind River Boat Ramp. A versatile spot with a beautiful location.  23 primitive campsites. No hookups.

Big Cedars - Head north two miles past the community of Willard to Big Cedars. Experience a tranquil setting where a creek softly ripples along the trail.

 

            

A stand of cedars towers over campsites that blend accessibility and privacy.  28 primitive campsites.  No hookups.

Skamania County Fair Grounds - Home of the old-fashioned annual Skamania County Fair the grounds house a stock and horse barn, an exhibit hall, and an outdoor arena with a grandstand. There are RV hook-ups and tent sites. The Fair Grounds are used year around for exhibits, trade shows, concerts and community events. Located in Stevenson, close to the Skamania Lodge, these facilities are a perfect location for a wide range of events.  GROUPS ONLY, by prearrangement with the Facilities and Recreation Director.

Prindle Park - A small park nestled in the Southwestern part of the county, Prindle Park is a favorite for family picnics, receptions and family reunions. Amenities include picnic shelter, tables and grills. NO CAMPING AVAILABLE.

Rock Creek Community Center - The awe-inspiring view from the Center extends over the Rock Creek Cove where you'll see kayakers practicing their rolls, children splashing in the cool water and an occasional Bald Eagle swooping down to catch a fish. The home of the Parks and Recreations Department, located in Stevenson, Rock Creek Center has a auditorium, meeting facilities, a commercial kitchen and pool room. Outside there's a picnic shelter, ball field, volleyball court, horseshoe pit, and bar-be-que grill. A walking path winds through the park to the Columbia Gorge Interpretive Center.  Contact Facilities and Recreations @ 509-427-3980 for rates and availability.

Wind River Boat Ramp - Located at the mouth of the beautiful Wind River at Home Valley, there's a double boat ramp and dock. A popular site for fishing, this boat ramp serves local anglers as well as visitors eager to hook a hard fighting steelhead. 

Drano Lake Boat Launch - Drano Lake is a popular spot for the serious fisher. With its access to the Columbia, this lake gets busy early. The salmon that run these rivers are a rich part of the local heritage.
