ORDINANCE No. 2002-09

(Amending Ordinance No. 2000-04)

WHEREAS, SSHB 2754 was approved and filed on April 3, 2002 amending RCW 36.18.016 (23) increasing the fee for filing a request for mandatory arbitration; and

WHEREAS, the reasonable fee for this service is two hundred twenty dollars.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Skamania County increases the mandatory statement of arbitration fee from one hundred twenty dollars to two hundred twenty dollars for filing a request for mandatory arbitration

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the fee assessed as set for forth above shall become effective on June 13, 2002.
