MISSION STATEMENT

To provide and promote public safety in partnership with our communities, by managing a safe and secure detention facility, which provides a continuum of learning experiences directed at reducing the risk of future criminal behavior on the part of those juveniles held in detention.  We are committed  to a holistic approach in assessing physical health, mental health, alcohol and drug issues, social competencies, and education.  We provide cultural awareness, respect, education, and teach social skills to youth in our care.
