1. Minutes of March 9, 2010.

2. Liquor license renewals for Carson Ridge Luxury Cabins and Bonneville Hot Springs Resort.

3. Appoint Leila Prestia to serve as a mental health representative on the Human Services Advisory Board for a three-year unexpired term expiring on September 30, 2011.

4. Authorization to purchase kitchen equipment for Rock Creek Community Services Building.

5. Authorization to purchase phones for the Courthouse Annex and Rock Creek Community Services Building.

6. Award bid for Skamania County Solid Waste transport and disposal to Wasco County Landfill.

7. Agreement with American Fidelity Assurance Company, changing the insurance company and employee co-payment amount for Section 125 Flexible Fringe Benefit Plan #501 General Employees, #502 Law Enforcement Guild Employees, and #503 Public Works Bargaining Unit Employees.

8. Agreement with Simplex Grinnell to provide monitoring service for the fire alarm system at Rock Creek Community Services Building.

9. Agreement with ESRI, Inc. for continued software maintenance, updates, and technical assistance for the ArcView program used by the Assessor.

10. Contract with EnviroClean Solutions, LLC to provide professional consulting services for food establishment inspections.

11. Contract with Invision, amendment #2 to increase the amount by $48,000 for property maintenance services at Wind River Business Park.

12. Contract with JWC Construction LLC, amendment #12 to increase the amount by $2,356.94 for construction and remodel of Rock Creek Community Services Building.

13. Contract with Maul Foster & Alongi, Inc, amendment #9 to extend the term to April 30, 2011 to provide services related to development of a mining and reclamation plan for Blue Lake Quarry.

14. Contract with Pacific River LLC to provide security services for renters of county facilities and county sponsored events.

15. Contract with The Latimore Company, amendment #1, to extend the term to April 30, 2010 for professional consulting services to conduct a performance audit of the County development review process.

16. Lease agreement with Andreas Ehrlich for rental of house #1054 at Wind River Business Park.

17. Lease agreement with Gail Fullerton for rental of house #1053 at Wind River Business Park.

18. Lease agreement with Karl Wilkie for rental of house #1065 at Wind River Business Park.
