SKAMANIA COUNTY 4H LIVESTOCK MEETING MINUTES

MAY 12^TH, 2008

Present: Colleen Garwood, Larry Sampson, Paul Pearce, Debbie Mansfield, Michelle Pass, D’Anna Miller

· August 2^nd is work day. There will be a list posted in the office in approx 2 weeks for clubs that want to do projects instead of workday.

· Livestock Posters due at check in at fair. They will be judged while hanging in the barn.

· Record Books: market project mandatory and breeding project optional.

· Green Cards due on July 15th

· No quality assurance program this year.

· Certificates due at weigh in

· Camping sign up will be June 9^th at 6pm before the leaders council meeting at the Skamania School. Superintendants camp for free.

· All 4hers must have their hand stamped at check in before they can get their stall assignments.
